Ideal location: Stoke-on-Trent ST3
We are looking for a fantastic Sales Ambassador to work in a national DIY store on behalf of one of the world’s leading providers for power tools, power tool accessories, lawn and garden tools and measuring tools.
Your role will be to stand in store to actively interact and educate customers on the products with the aim of increasing sales and advocacy for the brand. Proven experience in a sales ambassador, brand ambassador or customer service role would be ideal.
Full training on the products will be provided, so knowledge of power tools is not essential, but would be advantageous.
The role:
• To increase sales of the products within the DIY store through education and brand advocacy.
• To actively approach and engage customers in store
• To report sales results daily via an app on a tablet
• To work 3 days per week (Wednesdays and Saturdays + Sunday) and rotate your working days between the stores in your territory
The person:
• Passion for DIY and/or gardening
• Product knowledge within the DIY retail sector would be advantageous but not essential
• Self-motivated, able to work as part of the wider in-store team
• Will show drive, tenacity and passion to succeed in the role
• Someone who thrives on achieving sales and delivering results
• Must have a full UK driving licence to be able to cover a territory
