Cosine are excited to be working with our client, Brown-Foreman and we are recruiting a Field Team Manager to manage a team of field Merchandisers across the South of the UK. Starting 9th November and is full time until 31st December 2020.
Pay up to £94.00 per day and mileage/expenses.
Ideal location: West Central London, WC1N
Territory covering: Greater London and surrounding areas
An experienced target driven Field Team Manager is needed, who understand grocery, loves firefighting and be passionate about creating high performing teams and working closely with clients.
You will manage a team of field based merchandisers with the key aim of hitting coverage, availability and sales targets.
Role also includes:
• Reconcile and sign off wages and expenses.
• Planning your team coverage and using your team to pick up any lost coverage. You may be required to complete calls yourself - coverage can-not be dropped.
• Coaching and performance management
Pay rate: £94.00 per day (includes daily team performance bonus) + mileage
Duration: Starting 9th November and is full time until 31st December 2020.
Working days: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day between 9am – 5pm. We will require you to work Saturdays throughout December (5th, 12th and 19th)
