Merchandiser A023

Cosine are working with McCormick foods, the makers of Schwartz Herbs and Spices and are looking for experienced Merchandisers to join their seasonal team. Starting ASAP, working full time, 40 hours per week, until 23rd December 2023, £95.00 per day including completion bonus, company van and mileage.

Ideal location: Swindon, United Kingdom, SN1

Territory covering: Swindon, Oxford and surrounding areas

The role:

• You will be working independently to collect stock from a nominated depot, delivering directly to store, ensuring you are adhering to the back door process.
• You will be replenishing stock in store onto the main fixture ensuring its merchandised to planogram
• You will also report on out-of-stock items and ensure that all secondary displays are merchandised and looking fantastic!

Heavy lifting is a requirement of the role, and you do need to be happy to drive a van (provided caddy/transit).

This would be a great job if you:

• Have some merchandising or grocery/retail experience
• Are happy to drive a caddy size van and have a full UK drivers’ licence.
• Are comfortable using reporting systems via your phone
• Are able to multitask and plan and manage your workload
• Enjoy being out on the road and working independently.
• Are willing and able to move and lift heavy stock daily
• Have use of the internet/mobile phone you are happy to use for work
• Are available to work for the whole duration detailed below

The details:

• Rate of pay: £90 per day (plus £5 per day completion bonus, plus van + business mileage)
• Briefing: Directly with a McCormick Team member in store and training on the job
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, to be worked between Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm
• Working Dates: ASAP- 23rd December 2022.
