As the Head of Account Management for Hyphen you’re taking on a key role, tackling all the challenges that come with leading an amazing team, running projects and being the main day-to-day Hyphen contact for stakeholders and suppliers – the person they rely on to know what the plan is.

Salary £55k to £60k pa, Car allowance, 10% Company Bonus, Pension, Private Medical Insurance, 26 days holiday, rising by one day per year up to 31 days + flexible benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
• To lead, train, motivate and develop direct reports and to ensure the operation is effectively managed by the team being fully briefed, trained and equipped to fulfil the set tasks. To identify and set targets, put in place payback measurements, and identify ways for continuous improvement
• To maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders including attending relevant meetings. To review performance of the division, both financially and against agreed Key Result Areas. To provide input to any client meetings and new business presentations. To resolve/trouble-shoot client operational issues and/or complaints as quickly as possible, ensuring required training or process improvements are implemented as appropriate
• To work effectively with the team and all internal departments to ensure consistent delivery of internal SLA’s and timely briefings to deliver to client requirements. To be able to plan and forecast requirements in line with budget expectations
• To help develop and implement the vision and strategic plans to develop the Hyphen strategy, meeting expectations and requirements. To meet with key stakeholders both externally and internally on a regular basis to understand the needs and requirements and be able to demonstrate a genuine understanding of client needs, and critically review the services provided.
• To control budgets and resources in line with department financial plan. On-going management of ROB process ensuring efficiencies and maximum profitability are delivered.
• To ensure that practices and procedures within the division are efficient and meet clients’ needs. To effectively address operational needs or issues arising.
