We are looking for an Outbound Customer Service Advisor to work for Cosine on behalf of a well-known credit card company. You will need to be an enthusiastic communicator, able to build relationships quickly and be able to demonstrate that you have the attitude that separates you from the pack. £21750 + competitive  bonus (p.a.). Immediate start available.

This is a home based role.

Ideal location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

Experience is ideal but not essential as we offer full independent training so must come with a great attitude and eager to learn!

Outbound Customer Service Advisor - What you will be doing:
• To complete high-quality, small merchant outbound calls to drive awareness and enablement of Credit Card acceptance.
• Ensuring data capture accuracy
• Influence decision maker to increase/begin credit card acceptance by overcoming objections, listening and responding
• Ensure point of purchase are in place
• First point problem solving for terminal issues and escalate if appropriate

Outbound Customer Service Advisor - We want to hear from you if you have:
• Previous experience in telephone-based campaigns – outbound and/or inbound customer service or sales - Desired but not essential
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with key contacts by adapting style to gain credibility with merchants.
• Being a good listener and proactive in questioning merchants
• Proven ability to meet set targets
• Ability gain interest and build rapport quickly over the phone
• Ability to respond appropriately and effectively, in a clear manner through product training
• Sound understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to think on feet and use own initiative to reach set goals
• A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data capture
