Cosine, award winning field marketing agency is working with a leading provider of parcel delivery services worldwide. We are looking for an account manager based in Stoke on Trent to ensure that service is being maintained, and training support is given to clients by phone or using other options such as facetime or Skype. As an in-house account manager your communication with customers is vital to ensure that you build long term relationships with your clients.

You will ideally be a driver as you may need to attend off-site training, conferences and visit team members in the field as required.

What you will be doing:
• Building strong telephone relationships with customers in independent and symbol stores as well as pharmacies to grow the brand.
• Understanding customers’ needs in order to develop their potential
• Planning and organising your diary to ensure that you meet your daily call rate
• Providing account management, support and customer service to clients

To be successful in role you need to:
• Be driven to succeed
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have proven telephone account management experience
• Be motivated and committed
• Be innovative and prepared to challenge status quo
• Have experience of working to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Have excellent word/excel knowledge, ability to report using both Laptop/tablet

Remuneration
£22,000 per annum + £2,000k bonus, 28 days holiday pro rata.
