We are looking for Mystery Shoppers for our Healthy play Mystery Shopping activity on behalf of Camelot. We are recruiting in Middlesbrough & surrounding areas. This is a field-based role calling into stores that sell the National Lottery. You have 20 stores to visit per day, working 2 days between 30th September and 4th October. We pay £80 per day plus mileage.
Cosine is working in partnership with Camelot to conduct mystery shops for the National Lottery as part of “Healthy Play”. The Purpose of this Healthy Play Mystery Shop Pilot is to understand if the retailers are aware, when asked what information they have available to help, if someone asks about Healthy Play.
The role;
The procedure when completing a visit is very simple and we will ask you will report back on each visit using our Cosine App.
You will cover the Middlesbrough area (plus surrounding postcodes as needed)
Required skills;
• Proven experience of confidently interacting with retailers/customers.
• Experience within mystery shopping would be preferred.
• Reliable and committed
• Working to deadlines to achieve visit targets
• Highly organised to plan your day and journeys efficiently
• Access to smart device to enter your results via the App in store.
Hours: 7 hours per day, between 9am - 5pm anytime between 30th September and 4th October 2020.
Training: We offer ½ day training for this role which will be done virtually on 29th or 30th September
Pay: £80 per day plus mileage at 0.29ppm
