Cosine, award winning field marketing agency is working with a leading provider of parcel delivery services worldwide. We are looking for a target driven team leader who can support us on a short-term 5-week activity. You will support the phone based telephone training executives, maximising their performance as they deliver training about offering a parcel pick up and drop off service to convenience store decision makers and team members. £95.00 per day, £8 per day paid on completion of the activity

Your day to day:
• You will manage the phone-based team to deliver their KPIs, ensuring call targets are met to the standard required.
• As part of your management role, you will lead from the front completing calls yourself to the same high standard.
• You will train, motivate and develop the team through 1:1 telephone meetings.
• It is essential that you can be an inspirational and motivational leader for your team.

To be successful, you need to:
• Be effective at resource management
• Demonstrate team leader experience, ideally in a call centre setting or similar, with a track record of developing and managing a team
• Be target driven, managing your own targets as well as the team.
• Use data accurately with the ability to use technology for reporting and communicating effectively
• Provide continuous training and coaching for the team and complete inductions for new members

This is a temporary activity with training 14 & 15 October 2020
Working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday until 20 November 2020
