Cosine, award winning field marketing agency is working with a leading provider of parcel delivery services worldwide. We are looking for target driven home based outbound calling agents who can support us on a short-term 5-week activity. You will contact convenience store decision makers and team members to provide impactful training to support them in offering a parcel pick up and drop off service. £90.00 per day, £8 per day paid on completion of the activity This is a home-based role.

Your day to day:
• You will make outbound calls to decision makers and their team members, delivering product training over the phone.
• Your training will need to be impactful, ensuring that the instore teams are able to deliver the key processes and compliance required by to be a successful pick up drop off service delivery outlet.
• You will ensure proof of understanding is gained in all shops.
• You may need to book appointments in certain outlets to ensure availability of staff to be trained.

To be successful, you need to:
• Be target driven, working efficiently to manage your diary and call load
• Be an excellent communicator
• Have proven experience of delivering high quality training over the phone
• Ideally have experience of outbound calling and/or phone-based account management.
• Use data accurately with the ability to use technology for reporting and communicating effectively

This is a temporary activity with training 14 & 15 October 2020
Working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday until 20 November 2020
