Hyphen - Vodafone Retail - Team Leader - B000

Temporary and Flexible Field
Tactical
We are looking for a Team Leader who has a passion for technology, sales, and engaging with members of the public. You will be part of a large roadshow for a well-known mobile phone network provider. We need dedicated and passionate staff for this activity, as it will be ongoing for almost 9 months. We pay £20 per hour plus amazing benefits.

You will be visiting towns up and down the country, exhibiting and working at some well-known shows/conferences, as well as working in conjunction with shop launches across the UK.
This role would suit an events professional who has a number of years’ experience working with top brands, and is keen to continue their passion for this brand and professional customer service.

The detail
• The structure of your working schedule will be (maximum) 5 days working in a role with almost always a 2-day rest period.
• At times, you will be working 2 days off and 2 days on. The route for the schedule will be subject to change as we will be adding some regional events and store openings throughout the roadshow.
• Where possible, we will aim to have you work your shifts Mon-Fri with weekends free but, as with the above, this is dependent on the store openings and events.
• There will also be travel days between events at times, so we need solid commitment to any shifts booked.

We will be looking to have a small team of Team Leaders's for the 9 month period so that we can cover holidays, sickness and absences but we really need commitment so that we have brand consistency for our client.

The Brand Manager will be the client and they will focus on taking payments and tracking sales.
