We are looking for a home working Outbound Telemarketing Team Leader to work for Cosine on behalf of a well-known credit card company. You will need to be a result driven manager with experience of coaching, motivating and monitoring a telephone-based team. You will take accountability for the delivery of required performance achieved to meet agreed targets whilst ensuring all compliance and governance standards of the operation are met. This is a fixed term contract up until Christmas 2020.
The team’s primary objective to complete high-quality, small merchant outbound calls to drive awareness and enablement of Credit Card acceptance.
Outbound Telemarketing Team Leader - What you will be doing:
• Understanding the Clients’ Products and Services to work effectively with the Account Director, taking a leading role in defining how the sales programme can continue to add value and support the Clients’ overall business objectives.
• To conduct regular team and individual virtual meetings with all direct reports (up to 15 heads)
• To proactively overcome quality issues of team through ongoing coaching and mentoring activities
• To clearly define monthly, weekly and daily qualitative and quantitative targets for teams and individuals
Outbound Telemarketing Executive - We want to hear from you if you have:
• Experience in managing a phone base teams to drive performance against quality targets, and ability to meticulously monitor performance standards
• Experience in delivery of highly effective coaching sessions
• Intermediate understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an ability to work effectively with various reporting systems
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and conduct
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage and motivate the team, adapting style to inspire and build relationships to gain commitment and respect at all levels.
• Be a true multi-tasker, capable and confident to maintain delivery within a fast-changing environment
What’s in it for you?
• £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + bonus pro rata
• No weekend working (average 37.5 hours Monday to Friday)
