We are looking for a home working Outbound Telemarketing Executive to work for Cosine on behalf of a well-known credit card company. You will need to be an enthusiastic communicator, able to build relationships quickly and be able to demonstrate that you have the hunger and attitude that separates you from the pack. This is a fixed term contract up until Christmas 2020.
Outbound Telemarketing Executive - What you will be doing:
• To complete high-quality, small merchant outbound calls to drive awareness and enablement of Credit Card acceptance.
• Ensuring data capture accuracy
• Influence decision maker to increase/begin credit card acceptance by overcoming objections, listening and responding
• Ensure point of purchase are in place
• First point problem solving for terminal issues and escalate if appropriate
Outbound Telemarketing Executive - We want to hear from you if you have:
• Previous experience in telephone-based campaigns – outbound and/or inbound customer service or sales – Highly desired
• Previous Sales or objection handling experience desired
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with key contacts by adapting style to gain credibility with merchants.
• Being a good listener and proactive in questioning merchants
• Proven ability to meet set targets
• Ability gain interest and build rapport quickly over the phone
• Ability to respond appropriately and effectively, in a clear manner through product training
• Sound understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to think on feet and use own initiative to reach set goals
• A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data capture
• Proficient in using a laptop, Excel, Outlook and data capture systems
