The adventure starts here. As a Field Sales Team Manager, you’ll be:
• Responsible for coaching and performance management to drive quality and develop a highly motivated team of Field Sales Advisors and Brand Ambassadors to meet sales and key performance targets.
• Using daily management information to drive increased conversions and drive performance to increase sales for Vodafone
• Directly responsible for all engagement events and sales activity taking place in your area.
• Delivering regular team 1:1 reviews; using results, audits & accompaniments to assess performance and create individual development/action plans for your sales team.
• A key part of the wider planning through direct updates via CRM and the National Sales Manager.
• Fully embodying the Vodafone brand.
You could be the VERY person we’re looking for, if you’re:
• Passionate about driving your team to achieve performance targets by coaching and inspiring them to succeed.
• Excited by the opportunity to launch a fantastic new product, in your area.
• Confident in managing a direct team but also rolling up your sleeves to support with both consumer engagement and door to door sales activities.
• Motivated and committed to meeting and exceeding team targets.
• Experienced in driving daily sales performance.
Where and when will I work?
This role is perfect for someone who has sales management experience (preferably field sales experience). Your team of Brand Ambassadors and door to door field sales advisors, will spend their working time out and about engaging with potential new Vodafone customers at city-wide and local events, and directly following up at their homes.
You will work between 35-40hrs per week (Averaging 37.5hrs). The role is shift based, which can include weekend days.
Package Details
Salary £30,000 per annum + £2500 performance related bonus + length of service bonus, pension, 28 days holiday (total including bank holidays), mobile phone and tablet.
You must hold a full, clean UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
